Drenched in Style: Two Easy Looks to Slay for the Weekend

Happy Monday Steezers and happy Martin Luther King Day! ‚úäūüŹĺ¬†I hope you’re coming off from a great and exciting weekend like I am! If your life is anything like mines, 9-5 through the weekday and slay on the weekend, then this post is especially¬†for you! Since most of my styling flourishes on those two weekend days, I thought I’d share some stylish, yet easy looks for you to try¬†on the weekend.¬†

Daytime Look: Khaki

Lately, I’ve become very fond of the color Khaki. So, when my friend asked to me to a brunch date, I thought this look was perfectly casual, yet stylish. For me, it’s all about color blocking.¬†

I found these cute khaki jersey leggings, bomber jacket and green bag at H&M. The best thing about this whole fit was that it was so affordable! The leggings only $9.99, the jacket $34.99 and the bag only $15.

Literally smiling at people giving me compliments on this look! I believe what brought this look together was the khaki faux suede heeled boots. Totally love these boots from Ego Official, and they were under $60. Add minimal jewelry and nothing else is needed to turn heads with this look!

Night Time Look: Black on Black

Now, we all know that all black looks good just about on anyone or anything. This sexy, seductive yet low key color was perfect for a sushi and wine date this past Saturday night!

Found at H&M as well, I paired a velvet slip dress with a cute black bomber jacket to give it a sleek finish. Both under $30 each, the material felt and looked great together!

Perfect for the winter, accessorizing with this black faux fur scarf paired with some Peep-toe thigh high boots, I was happy with this complete look!

Like I said, this weekend was all about keeping it easy and minimal. If you recreate these looks, definitely tag me. Otherwise, comment and let me know how you style for the weekend.¬†Like and share. As¬†always, it’s a pleasure speaking with each of you!¬†

Until next time,
